차트는 쿠버네티스의 리소스 yaml 파일을 1. 탬플릿으로 만들고, 2.메타정보파일 등을 압축한 파일

# 버전 확인 : 
helm version

# 자동 완성: 
helm completion

# 배포관리:
helm install [name] [chart] [flags]

chart 구조 : 

1. Mandatory 
  - template ( 실제 k8s로 배포한 deployment,service 에 관련된 파일 : 변수들이 많음 )
       - deployment.yaml service.yaml
       - values.yaml  ( 변수들을 어떻게 설정해야하는지 있음)
  - chart.yaml (chart 에 대한 정보 )
  - README.md
2. Optional
